Returns & Exchange Policy
  • All returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging if applicable.
  • Please use our RA form (click here) with the items you are returning, including the order number found on your packing slip or confirmation email.
  • Returns will be credited back to your original method of payment. Your credit card account will show the difference in the purchase amount on your following billing statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
  • Your return/exchange will be processed the day your package is received.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable. We recommend you select a track able shipping method and keep the tracking information until your return/exchange is completed. We are not responsible for lost packages being returned.
  • COD is not accepted.
